General FAQs
Booking requests are made through our contact form.
Once your form has been received, we will send you a link to our Client Form for you to complete so we can find out all about your pet/s and a link for your deposit payment.
Once your payment and forms are received, your booking is confirmed and a pre-booking site visit scheduled at a convenient time if required.
Please note, bookings are not confirmed until your deposit is paid and the Client Form submitted.

A link for deposit payments will be sent to you on receipt of your booking. Balance deposits are due prior to your booking.
Yes, all vaccinations and tick treatments must be up to date for all our services.
You will be notified and your pet will be taken to your nominated vet Client Form. Payment of accounts will be your responsibility.
An appropriate plan will be discussed to ensure your pet is looked after and following it’s familiar routine.
Yes, all our carers are police checked and have public and personal liability insurance.
House Sitting FAQs
Fluffy, furry, scaly…. we’re happy to look after any of your loved pets.
We will co-ordinate with you to meet a week prior to your booking for a walk through of your property and to discuss your pets.
Yes our sitters will send through SMS updates and photos.
Part of our Client Form and meet & greet will be to discuss any medication requirements which will be administered while you are away.

We will co-ordinate with your to meet prior to the day of your first walk to meet you and your dog/s and discuss your requirements.
Absolutely! We’re happy to take all your dogs or combine a walk with your dogs mates.
